If the debtor is an individual person and he or she is in permanent employment, then the Court can make an Order directed at the debtor's employer, so that the debtor's employer is required to make periodic deductions from the debtor's earnings and to pay them into Court so that a proportion of the debtor's earnings can be made available to creditors.
